100 days of happiness

Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most”

Hello friends,

We humans of the 21st century are in a race, a MAD race; running, running behind success, money, love, or peace, which ultimately might lead to victory. But have you ever pondered that even if you achieve this, will contentment fill your heart? Achieving all this you might have had missed upon the tiny little joys around you. We don’t virtue what we have today, without even thinking that we might not have it tomorrow. So we should learn to appreciate what we have at the present moment. We should learn to be HAPPY. With the humungous burden and stress on our heads we have forgotten the essence of happiness. Each day has something stored for us, all we need to do is: Enjoy the happy moments. Although we can’t really recall them because we eventually tend to remember bad things instead of the good ones which is human psychology! As a solution to this maintaining a diary would be quiet a difficult task. So how to record what makes us happy? Well for that I came across this really cool website:

100happydays.com

Which I wanted to share with all of you. Visit it, I hope you will like it.

Do you know?

71% of people tried to complete this challenge, but failed, quoting “lack of time” as the main reason. These people simply did not have time to be happy.

Well I am all pumped up to take this challenge. I hope I would be able to complete the challenge and would be happy for 100 days in a row. This sounds so good, but is tough at the same time, because I cry a lot, I worry a lot and I am not always happy. It’s actually a very big challenge for me!

But I have a thought in my mind, to remain happy by staying away from the troubles which upsets me and makes me cry. I know I am making big promises to myself. But I know accomplishing this task for a mere 30 days will bring a change and I’ll be more than happy.

Go visit their website and if you are willing to do this, join me, let’s take up the challenge and let’s be happy.

Cheers to 100 HAPPY DAYS 🙂
